Legacy Leadership Academy believes all children have the capacity to learn.

By teaching through trusting relationships, students learn how to be critical thinkers, problem solvers, and servant leaders in their community.

The foundation of the school is based on a broad academic knowledge base supplemented with a leadership culture. Core Knowledge curriculum provides rich lessons that not only teach content, but stretch students thinking skills. Covey Leader in Me and Gallup Strengths Finder provide the framework to foster a common language used to promote the qualities of strong leaders.

With the academics and the leadership culture in place, it will provide the springboard for students to stretch into servant leaders in the community.

“A servant leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong.” Robert Greenleaf.”

As servant leaders at Legacy Leadership Academy, you can expect to experience the following characteristics: active listening, empathy, awareness, stewardship, relational, commitment to the growth of others, and community building.
